Experienced Consultant in Graphic Production and Packaging Artwork

We at Poolia are now looking for an experienced consultant for a long-term assignment in graphic production and packaging artwork in Stockholm. The assignment involves supporting an international team with the development and review of packaging materials in a dynamic and international work environment.

Scope: Full-time, 39 hours/week
Location: Stockholm (office-based for the first month, then the possibility of up to 2 days/week remote)
Start: February 2026 or as agreed
Assignment length: 12 months, with the possibility of extension

About the position

The company is in an expansion phase with increased global launches. To meet the increased production pace, they are now seeking reinforcement for their Packaging Execution team.

As a consultant, you will work closely with the project team and play a central role in ensuring that packaging materials meet high standards for quality, technical feasibility, printability, and regulatory compliance.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop, review, and ensure quality of packaging artwork (Good-To-Print)
• Ensure that artwork meets printing, production, and regulatory requirements
• Verify technical feasibility in documents and materials
• Contribute technical expertise in prepress and graphic production
• Ensure correct application of prepress standards

Who are you?

• At least 2 years of experience in prepress, artwork, or graphic production
• Experience from the prepress, printing, or packaging industry
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious
• A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education in packaging design, graphic production, or similar
• Experience with automation solutions or programming
